Great value for this price. Friendly staff, perfect location, comfortable beds, basically all you would need for your stay. Everything was fresh and clean, and the place was clearly renovated. The hotel is close to the beach, the old town and tram stops, and also close to the train station but at the same time far enough from the train station neighborhood, which is noticeable worse in my opinion for tourists compared to the hotel Busby location

Hotel Busby is wonderfully located, just a few blocks from the water and two tram stops. The staff were always very friendly. The hotel has a long and storied history, and while some aspects are dated and a bit tired (the bathroom fixtures and door locks come to mind) the property has been maintained and both the common areas and my room were spotless. The bedding was also very comfortable; the mattress and pillows were supportive. I also appreciated the no-waste pump bottle of shower gel/shampoo. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Good location. The beach, promenade des Anglais and Nice city centre within walking distance. Close to the train station. Close to the tram station using the Line 2 between Nice airport and Port Lympia. The hotel is in nice neighbourhood. It also has a kitchen on the ground floor to be used by guests. There is a terrace and lobby lounge to be used for the guests. There is a lift. The room was nice. The bathroom had a big shower, equipped with many handrails suitable even for people with moving disabilities.

Great location not far from the Alsace-Lorraine tram-stop which takes you directly to the airport and also not far from either the prom or the centre of town. The neighbourhood is also good with supermarkets, fast food joints and some smashing bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is a little dated but classy and very well maintained. Staff are super friendly as well and tolerated my rubbish French with good grace. The rooms are a decent size and beds were made and towels changed daily without asking. Not allowed to eat in the room but there is a kitchen area on the ground floor.

I stayed here for 6 nights over Christmas time and feel it's a wonderful place to call a 'home away from home'. It's really central to everything in Nice, including trams, the train station, the Promenade des Anglais, various museums, the old town and many great restaurants in the main squares and pedestrian areas. The staff are friendly and kind, and all whom I met spoke great English. The room was comfortable and with plenty of space to store things, and had a nice view onto a small garden. Definitely highly recommended - it's excellent value for money.

I loved a lot of things about Busby: first of all, there was a price promo, I suppose, so I booked for a very reasonable price in advance. Also, I was provided with the early check-in because my room was already prepared. All the staff was super friendly and helpful! There is nice inner courtyard and a fitness studio. But the most wonderful thing is location-it is really amazing. Beach, center, supermarket, train station are within short distance.

The location is only 10-20 minutes from main restaurant area and the beach. The street is very quiet. We had a street view on second floor, with Balcony. I do not recall ever hearing road traffic. The room is basic. Air conditioning was very good. The bed is confortable. The shower was modern and water pressure was excellent. There are many hotel options available in Nice. I would rebook there if I cannot find something better for the same price.

The hotel is in a great location close to both the subway entrance, beach and restaurants. Right in the heart of Nice.

Lovely spacoius room. Clean and comfortable.Good breakfast selection in lovely breakfast room. Lift a must with disabled mother in wheelchair.Room situated next to lift. Good location, 10 minutes from busy area and sea front.
